Sara Sternberg
Restoration Hydrologist
Biography
Sara, a Bay Area native, holds a B.S. in Biology and has extensive experience working on livestock ranches and farms in Northern California. She founded a business specializing in gardening, irrigation, and plumbing, focusing on water reuse systems like greywater and rainwater catchment.
To deepen her expertise in watershed restoration, she earned an M.S. in Hydrology and Watershed Management from Cal Poly SLO. Sara is excited to contribute her diverse background to Creek Lands Conservation, promoting restoration hydrology while supporting farmland and private landowner interests. In her free time, she enjoys riding her dirt bike and practicing yoga.
