Biography
Dillen graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Environmental Studies, and is currently completing her Master’s in Environmental Science at Cal Poly SLO. Her current research focuses on geospatial patterns in sustainability literacy across California.
Dillen was first introduced to the field of process-based restoration through GIS coursework at Cal Poly, and has since been continuously seeking out opportunities to apply her geospatial analysis skillset to restoration projects around the Central Coast. When she’s not making maps, Dillen can be found hiking, swimming, cycling, or hanging out with her cat, Phoebe.
